Participating in the activities of the Foundation enables youths to break free from isolation and develop their social skills. During each activity, their network of friends grows and becomes a second family.

To carry out these activities, we count on a great team of dynamic instructors that allow youths to realize their full potential. The facilitating team works hard to create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

During the summer, youths can participate in trips to the countryside, for example. In the winter, they can take part in cross-country and downhill skiing, ice skating, and many other activities.

REGISTER ONLINE
to our athletic and recreational activities

I’m in!

Our Downloadable Activity Schedules (Word Format)

Visit this page to acces up to date calendars: Calendars

The “Du Sport pour Moi” Program

The “Du Sport pour Moi” program, organized in partnership with the ASAQ and the Institut Nazareth et Louis-Braille, promotes sports adapted for the visually impaired.
